BANTAŞ Recruitment Procedure
The most important resource of Bantaş's success is its employees. In this direction, it is our biggest goal to assign the right people for the vacancies within our company. Although the criteria sought vary according to the positions, our expectation for each position is candidates who meet the basic competencies in line with the Bantaş Value and Code of Conduct.
In the recruitment process, which aims to match the right candidate with the appropriate position, Bantaş HR database, career portals and individual applications are evaluated for vacancies and candidates are invited for a pre-interview.
Following the pre-interview with the Human Resources Department, the relevant department managers have an interview with the candidates deemed to meet criteria.
Candidates approved by the department manager are offered a position after references are reviewed and wage is determined.
